Our FAQ section

1) How to calculate the size of marquee/Pagoda/Gazebo for an event?
Two factors to consider:
• To calculate a normal event: 8 square feet per person
• For accommodating seating a event: 16 square feet per individual

2) Are we suppliers of just the marquee, Gazebos or Pagodas?
Yes we providers of all them and flooring for marquees, we are working to obtain contracts with furniture companies. We are pending to alley catering companies to make your events perfect. Please contact us if require more information.

3) What are the renting terms for weekdays and weekends?
If your events is organised for weekend, the marquee could be hired for both Saturday and Sunday. During the week, the length of the marquee hire period is by subject to the requirement of the clients.

4) Can marquees be adaptable for warm weather?
Indeed. The sides of our marquees can very easily be opened up and secured. This can be discussed in more depth on the appointment day by our consultant.

5) In winter can heaters keep marquees warm?
Yes, latest technology is used to make sure health and safety regulations have been met. The heater technologies used are amazing for their purpose so even in winter you can enjoy out door event.

6) The difference between a lined and an unlined marquee?
The following is a perfect example. The section with no walls is a term called unlined and the section with walls is called lined. The lined marquee is more attractive and gives the event an edge, where as the unlined may be suitable for warm weathers or casual events.

7) Are marquees safe to hire?
The marquees are manufactured with highest quality of PVC which are fire proof and meet British standards

8) Is it possible to make last minute adjustments?
Within reason, yes. Requests will be considered possibly the service will be provided.

9)Is our company responsible for putting up and down the marquee?
Yes we can take this responsibility considering your event and time frame.

10) Do marquees resist bad weather?
Our products are high standards made with solid aluminium, we ensure they are installed properly and withstand any type of weather.

11) Does marquee damage flooring and piping?
If the cabling is underneath the ground it is advisable to keep the site reviewer informed so no damage is caused.
